Refund & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED.
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has entered production or has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number
Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

Size Exchanges (Limited)
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, however size exchanges may be approved at our discretion under the following conditions:
• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the return address provided
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• The customer must include:
• Order number
• Full name
• Clear photos of the shoes being returned
Once the returned item is received and approved, a replacement pair in the correct size will be shipped.

Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery will be actively disputed using:
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmation
• Shipping address verification
• Customer agreement to this policy at checkout
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent order restrictions.
